Most information you will need is on this site.  However, to respect our boys and leaders privacy much of that information resides on pages that require a login password (which you will receive once joining our Troop).  In the interim please use this page as a tour guide of the website to better understand what it can offer and where things might be located

• Communication - Troop 12 utilizes a Google Group discussion board to distribution communication.  You are also able to communicate directly with an adult or youth leader by locating their contact information on the appropriate page below.​

• Scoutbook - The troop is slowly migrating to BSA's online tracking and reporting system Scoutbook.com

• New Scout Info - New to Troop 12 or new to scouting?  We have put a few links and info on this page why we think Troop 12 is awesome.

• Volunteer - This page is still being developed.  We intend to have volunteer openings within the Troop listed here as well as volunteer opportunities for your scout and family to participate in.

• Uniforms - Answers relating to uniform requirements and patch location are addressed on this page.

• Equipment - Not sure what you need for scouting or for the next campout?  You will find the basics here.

​

• Announcements* - We have several types of announcements throughout the site.  This is where they all come together as one.  Due to potential personal information being posted this page is secure.  General, 'Public' announcements will be visible on the homepage.

• Forms & Downloads - The bulk of this information however can be found here, this is where you will see Medical Forms, Troop Meetings Handouts, and Camping Packing Lists.  We have also included some general scout related website links as well as Troop 12 specific merit badge information.​​

• Calendar* - This one is pretty self explanatory, but here you will see our Google Calendar.  Anyone part of the Google Group mentioned above will be able to add this calendar to their smartphone or device.  Have the Troop's activities at your fingertips. Due to potential personal information being posted this page is secure.

• All Signups* - Troop 12 utilizes SignUpGenius.com to help manage all of our group activities.  This is the perfect tool to help adult leaders with RSVP numbers as well as parents to help with carpooling.  These invites are sent out via email but sometimes those emails can get lost or buried, so you can now visit this page to find the last 10 signups that were sent out. Due to potential personal information being posted this page is secure.

• Merit Badge Info* - Well this is where all the fun stuff is.  On this page you will find not only every merit badge but also what Troop 12 leaders are registered as councilors.  You are able to sort and search this list as well.  Troop 12 is also working on an electronic library so you will not only be able to see what merit badge pamphlets the troop owns but also see if they are checked-in or not. Due to potential personal information being posted this page is secure.
